Our products and services we provide exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions.
Reservations

• You can exclusively book our Angels and Demons tours via Internet or authorized partners. The reservation order is placed and confirmed as soon as the booking person has clicked on the "Send Booking"-button in our mask.
• Oral orders of group leaders and travel agencies: We make the contract subject to a written confirmation of your order. A confirmation by a computer reservation system of the travel agency or by e-mail confirmed reservation of one of our partners has not created a written confirmation by Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spambots. Prices, fees and charges

• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Tips for our guides as well as extras such as meals are not included.
• Printing errors are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation fees

• Whenever heavy rain or other unpredictable events make a tour impossible, we will try to conduct the tour on another day of your holiday. If no alternative agreement can be reached, we will refund the amount paid.
• Whenever DEi iTALY cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of a tour we are allowed to retain 50 percent of the booked amount when communication is given two weeks before the booked date. A week before the booked date we retain 60 percent of the booked amount, then 100 percent.

• Clients who do not attend their booked tour without informing DEi iTALY before the booked date or do not answer to our calls, mails and sms in rare cases unpredictable events force DEi iTALY to postpone or cancel a tour will not be refunded.
• A booked date can be moved free of charge up to three days prior to departure via email to Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spambots. Es necesario activar Javascript para visualizarla . For schedule changes less than three days prior to departure fees may apply.
• Angelsdemonstour.com and it’s organizator DEi iTALY can move or cancel tour dates up to two days before the tour date if a minimum of four participants is not achieved.
• For all tours with a minimum of four participants Angelsdemonstour.com / DEi iTALY makes available an air-conditioned minibus or de luxe minivan for the longer paths. For tours with less participants travel by public transport might be proponed.
• Force majeure, which prevents all or part of the fulfillment of the obligations of Angelsdemonstour.com relieves Angelsdemonstour.com from fulfilling until the case of force majeure is removed.

Liability

• Angelsdemonstour.com/DEi iTALY is responsible for the proper placement of a tour as a prudent businessman has to be.
• If a tour is not provided by agreement, the tour participant can demand redress. Angelsdemonstour.com can remedy the situation, in which an equal or higher value service is provided. A higher value service does not necessarily have to be offered for the same price.
• Angelsdemonstour.com/DEi iTALY cannot be held responsible for accidents and resulting damage to persons and property caused by one of the tour participants. When driving an electric car or scooter tour participants will be obliged to sign a liability agreement with DEi iTALY or it’s partners.
• Angelsdemonstour.com/DEi iTALY cannot be held responsible for damage claims by tour participants.

Subject to Change

• Our products and services are constantly developed and improved. This can lead to short term changes of the information given on our website or in our sales literature. This does by no fact oblige DEi iTALY to communicate such changes to the user.
• On our website the most recent version of our terms and conditions is provided.

Terms of payment and retention of title

• The delivery of our products and services is subject to payment in advance. A tour is considered booked when the full price of the booked tour has been booked to our bank or Paypal account.
• The tours are considered booked after the written and be email sent confirmation by Angelsdemonstour.com after your payment by credit card or direct debit via Paypal. If you choose to pay by bank transfer please pay to the account specified in the confirmation email data sent by Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spambots. • In the case of payment by bank transfer, proof of the payment should be send immediately after booking via email with a proper receipt (online banking confirmation, bank statement). In case of payment by bank transfer your payment should be accredited to our bank account a week before the tour date. Angelsdemonstour.com reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid on time.
• DEi iTALY accepts exclusively payment methods listed on our website.
• Before receiving full payment there is no obligation for DEi iTALY to issue receipts, vouchers, gift vouchers or any other travel or tour documents.
• After successful payment you will receive our personalized voucher for each tour booked. Please print the original and authentic Voucher sent by email and hand it over to your guide at the start of the tour. You might not be accepted for tour participation without your printed voucher.
• All gift certificates issued by Angelsdemonstour.com are valid until settlement of the tour date and are not refundable.
• Until the complete fulfillment of all claims arising from his the business relationship between DEi iTALY and it’s tour participants all goods and services sold remain property of DEi iTALY.

• All content and images on our website are property of DEi iTALY and only for your personal and noncommercial use. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, download or make contents of our website available to the public.

Final Provisions

• By booking on Angelsdemonstour.com you automatically agree with our terms and conditions.
• All other matters regarding the contract between the booking party and DEi iTALY are subject to Italian legislation.
